I've ordered from AXIS-Y several times now. My first order was for the Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash Off Pack, which I still love. This time I got the Quinoa One Step Balanced Gel Cleanser and it's just as good as their other stuff. Their packaging is always consistent, everything arrives well-protected. Shipping has always been pretty quick too; this last one took about 5 days to reach me in California. I keep coming back because their products consistently work for my sensitive skin without causing any irritation, which is hard to find.

Okay products, slow support
I tried the Complete No-Stress Physical Sunscreen and the Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream. The sunscreen was pretty decent, no white cast like some others. The cream felt nice, not too heavy. My order shipped fairly quickly, but it got stuck in transit for a couple of extra days, which was a bit annoying. I emailed customer service about the delay, and it took them almost 3 days to get back to me, which felt a little slow. Eventually, it showed up, so no big deal, but better communication would be good. Products themselves are good value for the price, though.

I've used both! For redness, I'd lean towards the Axis-Y Heartleaf Calming Toner. It just feels more soothing for me than Anua's Heartleaf.

Anua is good, but the Axis-Y Daily Purifying Treatment Toner felt like it targeted my redness a bit more directly. Also, the Axis-Y Mugwort wash-off mask is great for that too.

Yeah, a lot of their stuff is specifically made for sensitive skin. I've got super reactive skin too and haven't had issues with their dark spot serum or the mugwort mask.
